ABHAY MISHRA
( drummer )
Many of my friends say that I am very creative because I have lots of hobbies, but I think I am particularly good at playing the drums. Since my childhood, whenever I heard music, I always focused on the sound of the drums and learned how to play by listening. I started playing drums and received many compliments from my friends and family, so I joined my school band. It didn't take long for me to become the main drummer. This experience increased my interest in music, so I decided to learn guitar and bought one for myself. However, I didn't find the same enthusiasm in playing the guitar as I did with the drums, so I quit and focused more on drums. Now, I can play many types of drums with ease.

Captivated by the vibrant rhythms of Puneri Dhol, I found not just music but a deep connection to cultural heritage. Originating from Pune, this drum embodies celebration and community spirit. Mastering its beats has become my passion, allowing me to share its infectious energy and cultural richness with audiences worldwide!
